Sehr Fatima is bringing top-tier supplementary education to local New Jersey communities this October.

For the past 15 years, Sehr Fatima and her husband have been moving from city to city in order to keep up with corporate jobs. So when they decided to invest in a business in the U.S., they started looking for an opportunity that would bring some stability into their lives.

That’s why choosing a franchise seemed to be the right move to make. Not only would it allow Fatima to make her lifelong dream of owning her own business a reality—it would also give her the chance to do it with the support and backing of an established brand. The only thing left for her to figure out was which company would be the right fit to match her personal and professional goals.

“From day one, I knew that I wanted to get involved with a brand operating in the education industry. But I wasn’t truly excited about a specific opportunity until I was introduced to Best in Class Education Center,” Fatima said. “Everyone on the brand’s corporate leadership team has this level of commitment and passion that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else. Starting from CEO of the brand, Hao Lam’s energy is palpable, which is what originally inspired me to open my own franchise.”

Since inking her deal with Best in Class Education Center, the brand’s corporate team has been with Fatima every step of the way to help her prepare to officially open her doors in the Princeton, West Windsor and Plainsboro communities in New Jersey on October 15. Fatima says that heightened level of support isn’t just available to Best in Class’ franchisees. The brand also brings its energy and passion to serving students and parents.

“Best in Class is really paving the way and raising the bar for all types of education enrichment programs. The brand is constantly updating its curriculum in order to ensure that every student that walks through its doors is receiving the best possible academic assistance,” Fatima said. “There’s also a lot of flexibility within Best in Class’ model—you don’t have to follow a rigid program all the time. That means we can tailor our services to what each individual student needs, which ultimately leads to the best results.”

It’s clear that Best in Class’ efforts—on both the franchisee and consumer sides of the business—are working. The brand is on pace to reach or exceed its goal of signing 20 new franchise agreements for the year. Best in Class Education Center is also expected to open 12 new franchises before the end of 2016, giving kids across the country the opportunity to boost their performance inside the classroom.

“We’re excited to continue working with dedicated and talented franchisees like Sehr who share our passion for helping kids reach their academic goals,” said Sharon Peterson, franchise sales director for Best in Class. “By continuing to open our doors in new communities across the country, we have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the entire education industry, one student at a time.”
